No complaints. Everything as expected. Thank you.
Very caring and kept me fully informed throughout my stay
An excellent Hospital. Scrupulously clean. Staff very efficient. Understanding and caring in all Departments. Knee replacement went well. Everybody from Consultant/surgeon, nurses , Doctors and all general staff were a credit to this hospital.Well done everybody.
During the past fourteen month I have required four operations, three of which were carried out at The Runnymede Hospital. The service and care I received from everyone was first class. Two of the operations were carried out following the start of the Covid pandemic. Each time I have either needed to stay at the hospital or visit for pre and post op check ups all staff have been vigilant and ensured my safety. Therefore I had no need to be concerned attending hospital during these precarious times.
The hospital was excellent and the staff where great
A great overall experience. All the staff were extremely attentive and went the extra yard to make me feel comfortable.
Thanks to Mr Imam and the team! Highly recommend!
It has free parking close by which is always a bonus in the UK. They are professional and love their temperature scanner it makes me feel like I am protected in these times. They are always friendly, courteous from the reception staff to the nurses to the doctors. I highly recommend this hospital!
.
My doctor provided great care and service throughout my visit to BMI runnymede hospital. However, the staff/nurses were not as great. From the start, the reception staff were not very welcoming at all. During the rest of the visit, on multiple occasions I was forgotten about and everything felt very rushed. Whenever a nurse visited me it was very rushed and I felt I didn’t get the opportunity to ask questions when I would have liked to. When I returned from surgery, my vitals were not checked although the machine was bought in the room. The nurse forgot to request my meal/drink (which she admitted), so I was left for a few hours without anything. I had to ask to be discharged as no one came to see me. I didn’t want to cause nuisance by ringing the bell for nurses but they didn’t give me a choice when they kept on forgetting things. The first physio I saw did not give me the correct or sufficient information, so I had to ask a nurse for help with getting dressed. She then requested another physio who gave me different information in much more detail thankfully.
